Summer Programs at Arete
Summer programs at Arete vary from year to year but we generally offer five or six weeks of Dungeons and Dragons Camp, Cardboard Camp and a Nature/Art Camp. Our camps are offered to the community and campers with ADHD, anxiety, learning differences and twice exceptional learners are understood, supported and welcome.

D&D Accoutrements Camp

This summer we are offering two weeks of Dungeons and Dragons Accoutrements Camp. The camp will take place from 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday. Campers will participate in a variety of creative D&D projects and activities including making: potions, wands, orbs, staffs, maps, and/or minis. Campers will also make food items that would be found in a tavern or that were dried or preserved in order to last without refrigeration during a long adventure. During our break times we will do trivia, puzzles, games, character sheet creation and plenty of D and D-related chatting.

Campers will participate in multiple campaigns over four days which equates to about eight to ten hours of game time. Students will be grouped by age, experience and compatibility.
